Events & Programs

Events that make digital
real, accessible, and ambitious.

Women in Code runs meetups in Paris and online.
Formats designed so every woman—wherever she is—can enter tech with clarity, role models, and real opportunities.

Our events are key moments to:

  • Understand real roles and what the work looks like
  • Ask questions to women already in the field
  • Meet members, mentors, and partners
  • Start building a network—France to international

In-person in Paris (partner venues) · Online formats · Languages: EN, FR, and local when relevant · Women in Code is hosted within the Panthéon-Sorbonne ecosystem.

Our flagship event formats

We build formats that are useful for members and aligned for partners.
Goal: circulate knowledge, opportunities, and confidence.

01

Workshops & Learning Sessions

Practical sessions—small to mid-size groups—to explore roles (product, data, AI, design, dev...), learn the basics of a topic (e.g., “AI for non-technical profiles”), and ask questions in a structured, safe space.

In-person in Paris / Online / Led by mentors and experts
02

Keynotes & Panels

Larger-format conversations to hear multiple speakers, step back, and understand the stakes: parity, AI, leadership, and real career trajectories. Examples: Women & AI, Career switch, Leadership.

Lecture halls · International webinars
03

Community Meetups & Networking Nights

Designed to connect: meetups in Paris or partner venues, chapter meetups (cities/countries), and informal spaces to exchange, network, and spark collaborations.

Networking · Collaborations
04

Circles & Small Groups

More intimate formats to go deeper on a specific topic and progress consistently (e.g., career switch circle, early-career circle). These circles evolve season by season and are announced once consolidated.

Closed sessions · Working groups
