WOMEN IN CODE

WOMEN in code.

Digital is everywhere.
But access to power remains unequal.
Women in Code is an international community - a nation in the making - equipping women with network, direction, and digital skills to take their place in digital, data, and AI, all the way to decision-making spaces.

Never too early. Never too late.
The future is written in code. Here, women write their own.

TURNING POINT

Power is changing shape.
It is becoming digital.

When skills, networks, and decisions move into digital, data, and AI, inequality of access becomes inequality of power.

Put women at the heart of the roles
that govern the digital world

Because technology shapes jobs, the economy, society, and decision-making - and unequal access creates unequal power.

FRANCE | EUROPE | UN: TOWARDS REAL EQUALITY IN DIGITAL & AI.

Reality

- Power is shifting to software, data, and AI - yet women remain underrepresented in core tech roles: software engineering, data/analytics, product management, cybersecurity.

- Pathways are often scattered, expensive, or unclear when you start: what to learn, in what order, for which role - and how to become credible.

- Opportunities also depend on network: recommendations, projects, internships, first experiences, mentors.

- Result: too many talents self-censor, while demand explodes (AI, data, product, cyber).

The Women in Code response

- Women in Code builds an international community with a clear trajectory: Learn | Meet | Grow | Give back.

- Born in Paris, anchored at Pantheon-Sorbonne, with international momentum: France (active) | Singapore (building) | Boston (building).

- Practical formats: roundtables, workshops, mentoring, projects, introductions.

- Accelerated access to benchmarks: roles, skills, recruiting standards, credibility, network.

What changes

- Women progressing with method, visibility, and network - up to influence roles in tech, data, and AI.

- Companies, schools, and institutions accessing a structured talent pool: supported profiles, prepared and mobilizable (internships, apprenticeship, junior hires, speakers).

- More reliable, more useful AI - enabled by more diverse teams from the design phase.
